If any imported product is purchased together with other national products, it will be sent separately without any additional shipping cost.
To obtain the shipping cost and delivery time, simply place all the desired products in the shopping cart using the button "Add to cart" . When finished selecting products, click on "Checkout" to fill in the shipping details. We will present all forms of delivery, costs and deadlines available for your region.
IMPORTED PRODUCTS
If you include imported products together with national products in the same order, the shipment will be made separately without any additional freight cost on the imported product.
DELIVERY METHODS
SEDEX or E-SEDEX: Purchases with payment confirmed by 6 pm will be shipped the following business day. After 6 pm, they will be sent on the 2nd business day of the date of confirmation of payment for the purchase. Delivery forecast: Day of posting + Deadline for the Post Office (1 business day for the main capitals). Consult your zip code to correctly verify the expected deadline for the Post Office.
PAC: Purchases with payment confirmed by 6 pm will be shipped the following business day. After 6 pm, they will be sent on the 2nd business day of the date of confirmation of payment for the purchase. Delivery forecast: From 1 to 2 business days for postage + 1 Day for the Collecting Agency + Post Office Deadline (3 to 8 business days for most cities in the national territory).
CARRIERS: Purchases with payment confirmed by 6 pm will be shipped the following business day. After 6 pm, they will be sent on the 2nd business day of the date of confirmation of payment for the purchase. Delivery forecast: Day of posting + Carrier's Deadline (1 business day for the main capitals). Consult your zip code to correctly verify the deadline provided by the carrier.
IMPORTANT WARNING
We only refund values or send another product after confirmation of loss by the carrier (Post Office or Carriers).
Some cities may experience delays due to strikes, operational reasons or delivery region. Magia e Imaginação, as well as any shopping channel, is not in a position to interfere with Correios or Carriers as it is a third-party company, except with the opening of complaints, whose protocols are also forwarded to buyers.
TO AVOID DELAYS IN DELIVERY: When filling in the delivery address, check the data. The most common errors that lead to delays or even return delivery include an incomplete address (missing apartment number in the case of buildings, missing block number in the case of condominiums, incorrect numbering); incorrect address (for example, registration of the business address with the number of your residence); Incorrect zip code (street name and zip code do not match); regions with irregular numbering, lack of numbering at the delivery location, empty properties in condominiums without a concierge. Correios or Carriers do not make telephone contact with the recipient to inquire about the correct address. Make sure that the delivery details are correct and complete and, if you have problems with the numbering of your address, choose to deliver the order elsewhere.
