Our exchange and return policy preserves your rights, acting in accordance with the guidelines found in the Consumer Defense Code. In case of receipt of products with packaging or products damaged due to transport, refuse at the time of delivery.
Return for any reason
Products can be returned, no matter the reason, within 7 working days of receipt.
What are the requirements for returning a product?
1-) If you do not want the product or if it is different from what you ordered:
- It must be without marks of misuse and just as you received it.
- Must have its accessories, manuals and labels.
2-) If the product has a problem or is incomplete:
- When returning it and checking it, it must be in the same conditions as described in the claim.
Purchase Withdrawal
If you received the product in perfect condition and you are still not happy with the purchase, you can request its cancellation through our Customer Panel. But be aware of the rules below.
Deadline for Withdrawal of Purchase
According to the norms of the CDC (Consumer Defense Code), the customer who makes purchases through virtual stores has up to 7 (seven) days after receiving the product to return it. The wish to cancel must be immediately communicated to the service provider, following the following rules:
Defective product
The defective product must be notified within 07 days after the date of receipt by sending an email to contato@magiaeimaginacao.com.br, informing the Magia e Imaginação order number.
The exchange of the item will not be accepted in case of:
- Absence of defect (no finding of damage pointed out by the customer);
- Evidence of inappropriate use of the product;
- Indications of accidental or provoked damage;
- Natural wear and tear as a result of use;
- Improper cleaning of the product.
If the product purchased in our store is defective after 07 calendar days from the date of receipt, but within the manufacturer's warranty period, you must contact the manufacturer to report the occurrence and obtain information or go to one of the Assistance Accredited techniques, indicated in the product manual. If you cannot contact the manufacturer, contact our team via email contato@magiaeimaginacao.com.br.

Merchandise Return
- A request must be sent to contato@magiaeimaginacao.com.br to confirm the return;
- Charges relating to the return of goods will be the responsibility of Magia e Imaginação through reverse postage code via Correios or another at the discretion of the company itself.
- A letter should be sent with a brief report on the alleged defect that refers to the product.
- It must be sent in the original packaging. It is essential that the original packaging of the manufacturer is intact and accompanied by the manual and all accessories.
ATTENTION: Products shipped outside the above specifications will not be accepted for defect analysis and will automatically be returned to the sender, with shipping at the expense of the customer.
All products are analyzed. They will be sent back to the customer whenever no defect is found, or if one of the conditions described in the previous topic has been breached, keeping in mind that the shipping costs in this case are to be borne by the customer.
In the case of nationalized products, the contractual warranty is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer and its term and form of use are set out in the Warranty Term that accompanies the product.
Analysis of product defects:
The defect assessment will be carried out by our suppliers or by the Magia e Imaginação team, and then the final analysis of the exchange order will be concluded. Average completion time: 30 working days.
Items that will be evaluated for approval or disapproval of the exchange:
Finding the damage pointed out by the customer.
Evidence of inappropriate use of the product.
Indications of accidental damage.
Natural wear and tear from use.
Inadequate washing of the product.
Analysis Favorable to the exchange:
The customer will receive at the origin address, at no additional cost, the replacement of the same product.
In the absence of the same model in stock, the customer will be notified and will be able to choose another model to exchange among the existing options on the site, respecting the credit limit.
If there is a difference in price between the chosen product and the product claimed, payment of the difference must be arranged.
Analysis Contrary to Exchange:
The product will be returned without replacement rights and Magia e Imaginação reserves the right to make a new freight charge.
