All products are shipped exactly as received from the factory. The eventual opening of the box may occur to check the integrity of the product before posting.

Magia e Imaginação is committed to the integrity of the product until it is received. If any unit is received with damage, we ask that a photo be sent immediately upon receipt. After 24 hours from the date of receipt, Magia e Imaginação is not responsible for damages of any kind.
